Together Told respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use Together Told.

Information we collect
We may collect account details, event information, speech content, guest access information, marketing preferences and limited technical usage data needed to operate and improve the platform.

How we use information
We use information to provide event experiences, manage access, display speech content, support users, improve reliability and send optional marketing communications where consent has been given.

Event retention
Guest access automatically closes 48 hours after the event date. Event data may be permanently deleted 14 days after the event date.

Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data. You can also withdraw marketing consent at any time through Account Settings.
